Ageing of cheese

cheese maturation or affinage, is a process in cheesemaking. It is responsible for the distinct flavour of cheese, and through the modification of "ripening agents", determines the features that define many different varieties of cheeses, such as taste, texture, and body.

Thai and Brazil Chicken Breast

We can also provide you with first class chicken file both Brazil and Thai cut, either natural or slightly salted.

Molding

Mold ripened cheese can be wrapped when the mold has fully developed. Be sure the cheese is not too wet, because it will saturate the wrap.

We also are able to provide you with one of the best cooking oli in the world. The Westmill Cooking oil both either rapeseed based or soya based.
